Return & Refund Policy

At Babe & Bloom, we want you to love every piece you wear. If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to make it right.

Returns

  • We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on undergarments or accessories.

  • To start a return, please contact us at babeandbloomeg@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.

  • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • Need a different size or color? We’re happy to help!

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your item, and we’ll arrange an exchange if the item is in stock.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • We sincerely apologize if you receive a damaged or incorrect item.

  • Please contact us within 3 days of delivery at babeandbloomeg@gmail.com, and we’ll send a replacement at no additional cost.

Non-returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Undergarments

  • Accessories

  • Sale items marked “Final Sale”

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
